Hyderabad: A 22-year-old lady supposedly suffocated her infant kid in a pail of water minutes after the conveyance at a private healing facility here, police said on Tuesday.
She joined the private healing facility as a lab specialist a week ago and was around six months' pregnant, they said.
"The healing facility didn't know that she was pregnant," Inspector, Raidurgam police headquarters, D Durga Prasad said.
On Sunday, she was in night move. At around 1.30 am yesterday, some healing facility laborers heard the cries of a child from a washroom in the premises.
A senior administrator of the healing facility and two different medical caretakers achieved the spot and through a crevice in the washroom's entryway they saw the lady supposedly suffocating the infant in the can of water, a cop said.
They promptly open the entryway by constrain and found the infant dead in the pail, he said.
The lady additionally had substantial draining after the conveyance and was admitted to a similar healing center for treatment, he said.
