The change was actualized on a brief premise, for one year just, as a component of the Catholic Church's "Year of Mercy," which started keep going December and finished on Sunday.
In a letter discharged on Monday, the pope declared that the change was being broadened inconclusively.
"I wish to restate as solidly as I can that premature birth is a grave sin, since it puts a conclusion to a honest life," the pope wrote in the letter. "Similarly, be that as it may, I can and should express that there is no transgression that God's benevolence can't reach and wipe away when it observes an apologetic heart trying to be accommodated with the Father. May each minister, in this way, be a guide, support and solace to penitents on this adventure of exceptional compromise."
