Bilaspur: The Chhattisgarh Police on Sunday captured two presumes identified with the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) sleeper cells for their association in hostile to national exercises.

Both suspects are identified with Satwinder Singh, Razzan Tiwari and Balram, who were captured prior from Jammu and Madhya Pradesh by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) for their association in hostile to national exercises.

An instance of subversion has been enlisted against the two suspects, who are from Chhattisgarh's Janjgir-Champa.

"We got the data that two suspects Maninder Yadav and Sanjay Devangan, who have a few financial balances in various banks, get cash from spots and execute that cash in discrete ledgers. When we got the data, our authorities promptly took the group under the course of high authorities and captured Maninder from common lines range," said Bilaspur Superintendent of Police (SP) Mayank Srivastava.

On cross examination, Maninder conceded that he is identified with Rajjan Tiwari and he works for him. He likewise conceded that cash is moved in the records on Tiwari's directions.

The police captured Devangan from Telipara.
